Planting Instructions
-
Choose a planting site at least 15–20 feet from buildings or structures.
-
Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and slightly shallower than its height.
-
Backfill with native soil and water thoroughly after planting.

Apply mulch around the base, keeping it 2–3 inches away from the trunk.
Soil Requirements
Prefers moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Tolerant of sandy or loamy soils. Avoid areas with high pH or prolonged drought conditions.
