Bracken’s Brown Beauty Southern Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora ‘Bracken’s Brown Beauty’)

delivers the iconic character of a Southern magnolia in a denser, more refined form suited to contemporary Florida landscapes. Its glossy dark-green evergreen leaves reveal rich, velvety brown undersides, creating year-round texture and depth, while its large, fragrant white flowers provide a memorable display from late spring into summer.

Typically developing a dense, upright-pyramidal to oval canopy, this selection is an effective specimen, entry tree, evergreen screen, or focal point for medium-to-large residential, civic, and commercial sites. Give it adequate room and a sunny to partly shaded location with moist, fertile, well-drained soil; in return, it provides a formal, enduring canopy with the distinctive beauty and fragrance of a classic Florida magnolia.
